Organising a catch up day, we provide the opportunity for students who were absent on photo day to have their portraits taken at a later date. Yes, and it’s not just our frontline staff either. We ensure any staff member who has access to student’s images or information has a current Working With Children check.
Absolutely. We can arrange to set up a secure transfer of all staff and student images taken on the day. Group photos can be supplied upon request.
This depends on a few factors such as whether you’d like parents to be able to proof their child’s images before ordering and if you’d like us to deliver the prints to the school or post them directly to parents. We have workflows that allow us to get prints have prints available within 2-4 weeks after photo day.
If for any reason you’re unhappy with the photo we took of your child or you have an issue with the product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to photograph your child again on a catch up day or offer a complete refund. We want every parent to be 100% satisfied with the service and product that they receive.
Yes, we keep orders open for 1 week after photo day. After this date, orders will close while we process and print. Orders placed outside this window will incur an additional $15 admin fee to cover the costs of processing single orders, plus current postage charges.
We accept PayPal and credit card payments for online orders. We can also arrange envelops which can be returned to one of our staff on photo day with cash. Please note that cash payments are not standard and will not be available to all schools.
